We stay in the loop on the latest information regarding the pandemic and follow the current guidance from the MN Department of Health, CDC, and the World Health Organization. We have updated our emergency preparedness plan and infection control/prevention policies. Our staff members have received training on infection prevention and control practices and are updated on relevant COVID 19 information, as it related to client care.
Other COVID-19 measures include daily symptom monitoring by staff, providing staff with the appropriate personal protective equipment, instructions on proper hand hygiene, and maintaining social distancing when able while providing care in the client’s home. We have protocols for staff to stay home when feeling sick.
